ever since I could remember...

Like any good mother, my sister and I were dressed up like dolls for most of our childhood. We even starred in our own commercial in New York for a local bridal boutique. I caught the bouquet in the end with a cute little head nod. I will never know why a 3 year-old caught a bouquet...but it was cute. I loved the freedom of running around that bridal boutique trying on anything they let me and loving all the different styles. Growing up one of my favorite aunts in New York had a fashion boutique full of leather jackets, leopard print dresses, and other wonderful things. I was only 10 when she had her store so I couldn't wear half of the stuff but anything that fit and was appropriate she would give me. I recall going back to Atlanta with the most random mix of clothing! In retrospect the outfits I wore may have been tacky or ill-fitting but ever since I could remember I've always loved and had fun with fashion.

When did you start realizing your love for fashion?

I love your death stare, so serious! I loved fashion pretty early, much to my mother's utter astonishment since most of the time I gravitated to weird vintage pieces that I didn't really integrate well at the time...

Hi there! Thanks for stopping by my blog - I'm enjoying reading yours and seeing your fabulous photo outfits!

I've always loved fashion, and even considered applying to Parsons during my "quarter-life-crisis" year. It probably stems from growing up among women and watching my mother get ready for work every morning. And now I spend half my day going through blogs of people inspired by fashion!

Aww you were so cute!! As for my love for fashion...I dunno really...I've always loved clothes but for a lot of my life I was too shy/nervous to dress how I really wanted so I just blended in with the crowd. (still do to a certain point, but I'm trying to break out of it)

Anyways, adorable photos.

I think we discovered our love for fashion in our early puberty when all the money we got from our parents went to cloting & magazines haha. Our parents could eat us alive! They kept screaming 'our house is turning into a store!' hahaha

How cute are you??

I definitely caught the fashion bug late in the game - only grade 7 for me. In elementary I was all about the terrible of the terrible - stirrup pants and screen printed sweatshirts - oh dear

very nostalgic! I think the obsession started at an early age for me...always had to have new clothing and new shoes for the new school year and all from "Liberty House" here in hawaii, which is now macys!

Omg how cute were you? I love, love your short, adorable hair. And I first started to love fashion when I was in high school. After years and years of taking after my older brothers, I decided to trek out on my own (well, with my sister) by experimenting with haircuts, clothes, shoes, hair color, etc. It was a terrible, experimental time. But I'm better off for it.

Oh my goodness! You look ADORABLE in that dress! My mother dressed my sister and me in the same thing all the time, and we're five years apart. How embarrassing for her!

My aunt tells me stories (that I was so young that I don't remember) of us going to the mall and I'd run straight to the makeup stores. I think that's when it all began haha

As a child my mother used to dress me as a doll / elf, haha.
I think I only really started to discover my love for fashion this time last year tbh. No more school uniform = having to discover my style, re-invent my image.
The first designer collection I've ever truly loved is Giles SS'10 - it swept me away... I helplessly adore those metallic dino bags, hehe.

That's so cute :) hahaha I think I only realised my love of fashion when I was 16 or 17. A bit of a late bloomer. Earlier on i was one daggy girl - ughh seeing old photos makes me cringe! But something in year 10 snapped and i suddenly started experimenting with styles and colours and eventually am quite confident and happy with my style today. Ur.... 10 years later ;) haha

When did you start realizing your love for fashion?

me? well maybe this one will do. I remember the day when I was only 4 or 5 yrs. old. cos My parents and I were at the mall, and we were looking for a short that fits, looks well on me. and to my surprise... I picked a nice, shorts-skirt that has little floral design on the edge of the short-skirt. and voila! when I showed that to my Papa and Mama.. they liked it. I felt so gay then. ^^
